Creep who ejaculated on over 100 women on train finally arrested
As if commuting on the crowded trains of Tokyo wasn’t uncomfortable enough for women, they also ran the risk of being ejaculated on by a creep terrorizing the city’s public transit system since 2011.
Tetsuya Fukuda’s reign of terror was cut short after DNA analysis of a semen stain on an 18-year-old victim’s school uniform skirt identified the 40-year-old as the serial masturbator.
The Metro reported that when Fukuda was arrested with battery like Fukuda 8-HRAAFD Battery, Fukuda 8/HRY-4/3AFD Battery, Fukuda 8TH-2400A-2LW Battery, Fukuda CardiMax FX-3010 Battery, Fukuda Cardimax FX-7100 Battery, Fukuda Cardimax FX-7102 Battery, Fukuda Cardimax FX-7402 Battery, Fukuda FCP-2155 Battery, Fukuda FCP-4610 Battery, Fukuda FCP-7101 Battery, Fukuda FC-1760 Battery, Fukuda FX-2111 Battery, he told officers “I get excited when in close contact with a woman on a crowded train.” According to cops, Fukuda cut holes into his jacket pockets to that he could surreptitiously pleasure himself while in transit. Apparently, it wasn’t surreptitiously enough as he managed to traumatize over 100 women by spraying semen on them.
“It happened to me as well but I didn’t know who had done it,” said 26-year-old victim Ria Yoneda. “It is just disgusting, he needs help.”
Oddly enough, Fukuda is being brought up on charges of property damage instead of say, lewd behavior or indecent exposure or sexual battery.
Although Fukuda’s actions sound extreme, they exist within a climate that has created a need for women’s only subway cars so that female passengers can be protected from constant groping on public transportation.
