KALAMAZOO, MI -- A look at sentences handed down Monday, June 15, 2015, in Kalamazoo County Circuit Court.

Ryan Paul Campbell, 28, of Portage Road, was sentenced to nine days in jail, two years of probation, entry into the Kalamazoo Probation Enhancement Program and ordered to pay court costs and state fees for second-degree home invasion in February in Portage.

Christopher Anthony Clark, 43, of North Church Street, was sentenced to three months in jail and ordered to pay state fees for possession of less than 25 grams of a controlled substance and first-degree retail fraud with battery such as Burdick EK10 Battery, Burdick EK11 Battery, Burdick EK10 Elite Battery, Burdick Elite II Battery, Burdick 862278 Battery, Primedic Battery, Primedic DEFI-B Battery, Primedic DEFI-B M110 Battery, Primedic DEFI-B M111 Battery, Primedic DEFI-B M112 Battery, Primedic DEFI-B M113 Battery, Terumo TE311 Battery, all as a third-time habitual offender in April in Oshtemo Township.

Malcolm Jamal Clopton, 21, of South Park Street, was sentenced to nine months in jail and ordered to pay state fees for possession of less than 25 grams of a controlled substance as a third-time habitual offender in February in Kalamazoo Township.

Jon Lucas Foerster, 22, of Ash Street, was sentenced to three days in jail, 18 months of probation and ordered to pay court costs and state fees for delivery/manufacture of marijuana in January in Kalamazoo.

Randy Smith Jr., 34, of Meredith Street, was sentenced to 45 days in jail, two years of probation and ordered to pay attorney fees, court costs and state fees for delivery/manufacture of a Schedule 4 controlled substance in May 2014 in Kalamazoo.

Osman Aguilar, 17, of Whites Road, was sentenced to 51 months to life in prison and ordered to pay court costs and state fees for carjacking in February in Kalamazoo.

Emilee Brooke Beebe, 38, of West Maple Street, was ordered to pay attorney fees, court costs and state fees for writing a non-sufficient funds check of $100 or more but less than $500 in January 2010 in Kalamazoo.

Tremain Lamar Braxton, 26, of Benton Harbor, was sentenced to six months in jail and ordered to pay attorney fees, court costs, state fees and restitution for fourth-degree fleeing police and operating a motor vehicle with a high blood-alcohol content in June 2011 in Kalamazoo.

Dirk Allen Haight, 51, of Battle Creek, was sentenced to 14 days in jail, 18 months of probation and ordered to pay court costs, state fees and restitution for no account check in June 2014 in Portage.

Lisa Lee Janing, 22, of Scotts, was sentenced to 45 days in jail, 18 months of probation and ordered to pay court costs, state fees and restitution for attempted breaking and entering in March in Kalamazoo.

Caleb Nuquay Mackey, 25, of Taylor, was sentenced to 20 years to 50 years in prison and ordered to pay court costs and state fees for armed robbery as a fourth-time habitual offender in January in Kalamazoo.

Richard Clark Paddock, 50, of South Burdick Street, was sentenced to seven months in jail, one year of probation, entry into the Kalamazoo Probation Enhancement Program and ordered to pay attorney fees, court costs, state fees and restitution for third-offense operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in January in Oshtemo Township.

Marcus Jerome Tillman Jr., 27, of Nazareth Road, was sentenced to 10 months in jail and ordered to pay attorney fees, court costs, state fees and restitution for larceny in a building as a second-time habitual offender in March in Kalamazoo.

Phillip Joseph Whittaker-Woods, 22, of Pinehurst Boulevard, was sentenced to 36 days in jail, 18 months of probation and ordered to pay attorney fees, court costs and state fees for delivery/manufacture of marijuana in April 2014 in Kalamazoo.
